Video Series for Snowboard Instruction NZ
During the winter of 2014, SBINZ (Snowboard Instruction New Zealand) approached 360 to shoot a 4-part video series. The purpose of the videos was to show the riding tasks required for the Level One, Level Two, Level Three and Freestyle Certifications in New Zealand.
The videos are aimed at current snowboard instructors and potential instructors looking to take an SBINZ certification, while also promoting the qualifications and SBINZ brand. It was important to have each task verbally presented by one of the current SBINZ Examiners, then demonstrated by a variety of riders, showing the versatility in style, stance and body type.
Each video was shot with multiple camera angles over a number of days at different resorts in the Southern Lakes area. Each video has an opening timelapse sequence, a different presenter and numerous written cues for the viewer. Here's the Freestyle Certification video, please see the SBINZ Vimeo Channel for the others.
